Blio 3.3 for iPad (iOS 5 and 6)

Blio is an ereading app that can be downloaded onto a Windows, Android or iOS device. It has been designed to offer accessible ebooks with high contrast mode, font changes and text to speech if copyright allows. Additional voices can be purchased and books with audio can be used as well as documents from other devices. Blio has a bookstore, backed by Baker & Taylor and takes PDFs, ePub, txt, HTML and xps.
