Tiddlywiki

A small, simple notebook which is organised into 'tiddlers'. Each tiddler is a page where information can be stored. Since it is a single HTML file, it can be used offline, stored on a memory stick or placed online for anyone to edit. Rather poor introduction on the website - doesn't say how to actually get started with your own tiddlers but once you have played around with the pages it is on of the simplest way to keep notes that are linked to the web and it is always useful to have a copy of your own Tiddlywiki on your desktop if you do not have access to OneNote. Tiddlers can be synchronised across the Web.
