Summary

Udutu claims to follow US 508 guidelines but there still seem to be some accessibility issues. Labelling of some edit fields, no instant access to help files with keyboard shortcut advice or general support for accessibility guidance. The manual does not appear to have instructions to help creators develop alternative formats. However, it is easy to follow and users can offer a wide range of multimedia teaching and learning resources with accessible options for quizzes etc if you know how to work in these features. Jane's e-learning PDA Blog was written in 2010 but it gives you some ideas as to how she developed alternative formats.
