Summary
Amazon have a specific accessibility pages on their American site but the UK site offers users the <a href ="http://www.amazon.co.uk/mobile/">mobile view</a>. This may be more accessible although the general site could be navigated with a keyboard although tabbing would take time. Zoom, linearisation and colour changes worked well.
