Summary
The additions of multimedia alternatives depend on the users but several seem to have realised the importance of a step by step approach and use text and visuals to help the learner. The player is Flash so cannot be accessed by a keyboard from all browsers but once clicked it works well. It is sad that some text is art work green on white or vice versa, although most is not that important. Zoom does not destroy the layout and navigation is easy with good instructions.
